Located in Ayer’s Cliff, our Massawippi Beach rental center offers many services such as the rental of pontoons and kayaks, paddle boards, canoes and pedal boats as well as the sale of ice cream, worms and snacks. Adjacent to the Lake Massawippi campground, with family or individually, it is good to come and enjoy the fresh waters of one of the most beautiful lakes in Quebec. With an area of 18.7 km2, this lake is full of fish of all kinds; gray trout, brown trout, pike, bass and yellow perch.
Just 18 minutes from the rental center is the peaceful village of North Hatley, known in the region for its pleasant common areas, its breathtaking view of the lake, as well as for its many inns and restaurants.

MASSAWIPPI BEACH: 473 MAIN, AYERS CLIFF
The charming town of Magog is home to our pontoons available for rental at the most competitive prices in the region. Lake Memphremagog being the largest in the Eastern Townships, covering an impressive area of 102km2, it is our most popular for a reason! Indeed, ideal for long-term rentals, this large expanse of fresh water offers magnificent landscapes, of the Eastern Townships.
You will find something to occupy young and old alike during your pontoon ride, ranging from sailing along the banks to observe the impressive residences, to swimming in the warm bays. Enhance the day of your rental by exploring the main street of Magog, dotted with small local shops as well as many restaurants full of life and flavors! Classics like the Liquor Store Resto Club, the Alessa Trattoria and the Microbrasserie, the Memphré will charm the whole family.
Finally, the surroundings of Lake Memphremagog offer several interesting outdoor activities, such as a walk in the Marais de la Rivière aux Cerises, hiking in Mont Orford and swimming at Fraser Beach.

Spaciously set at 14.5 km2, Lac Brome is ideal for swimming and fishing for several species, particularly walleye. Our pontoons are located at Camping du Domaine des Érables, you will be only a few minutes away from the most beautiful attractions surrounding the lake, such as impressive vineyards, natural areas and surprising beaches.
The surrounding towns, such as Brome, Knowlton, Foster and Bolton, offer a wide selection of hotel establishments, such as Auberge Knowlton and Domaine Jolivent. It is also possible to end a beautiful day on the lake by enjoying a meal in one of the many restaurants in the region, for example the Mistral Bistro.
CAMPGROUND DOMAINE DES ÉRABLES: 688 BONDVILLE, FOSTER
Our pontoons are available at the Parc de la Plage-Municipale in Sherbrooke, you will start your summer day on the right foot by taking advantage of the warm sand, the nautical activities for the children as well as the free beach volleyball courts available to you. By embarking on the pontoon, you will discover a lake known for the warmth of its waters, making it ideal for fishing and swimming. Indeed, there is an abundant quantity of pike, bass and yellow perch.
Lac Magog is ideal for navigators looking for a rental duration between two and six hours. You can ride along a 10 km distance on Lake Magog and also navigate on the 8 km of possible river. Campground lovers will be very happy to learn that we have two excellent sites there, Hatley campground and Lac Magog campground.
When you return to the wharf after a day of swimming and fun, head to the fabulous Sherbrooke terraces! With the Café Bla-Bla, the OMG Burger or the Siboire. The Eastern Townships are full of restaurants, microbreweries and cafés that will end your summer outing in style!
